The NOVA program discloses that the TRUE DISCOVERER of our understanding of DNA was accomplished by Rosalind Franklin --- who gave her life for humanity and died at the early age of 37 from cancer caused by X-ray exposure in her quest to capture the first picture of DNA in "PHOTO 51".

Her pioneering work and notes prove that she clearly understood that DNA consisted of a double helix of two types of DNA and they were marked "A" and "B" as different results were observed from them. One helix had energy flowing in one direction and the other helix contained energy flowing in the opposite direction.

Unfortunately for Rosalind Franklin, others conspired against her phenomenal efforts and her dedication to scientific inquiry by STEALING HER DISCOVERY and then building a three-dimensional model in an attempt to claim the discovery as their own. At the same time, these plunderers of her work claimed that she was incompetent to interpret what she had clearly photographed.

Ironically, the cowards and thieves who plundered her work still asked her to verify if their three-dimensional model replicated what she had envisioned, and she replied "yes!"

At that point the thieves announced to the world that they had made the DNA discovery and were subsequently awarded the Nobel Prize.

As someone who values scientific integrity, I not only have contempt for the thieves but also for the members of the Nobel Prize Committee who supported such theft by their "criminal act of endorsement".

The NOVA broadcast proves that I speak the truth. Any competent investigator for the Nobel Prize Committee should have been able to determine the same truth and more .... if they had even looked.

Rosalind Franklin's achievement proves that the gyroscopic particle composition of all matter is MIRRORED very FACTUALLY in her drawings and Photo 51 of DNA --- the fundamental building block of all life.

It is obvious to me that Rosalind Franklin was so intellectually advanced beyond her contemporaries that she had no need of a three-dimensional model since she was clearly capable of visualizing in three dimensions in her mind. Her colleagues, however, were not! As a result, they were totally insensitive to her accomplishment while they lauded praise upon those who plundered her achievement simply because such thieves built a three-dimensional model which such colleagues could easily visualize.

It is interesting to note that the thief of her work (who is still living) refused NOVA's invitation to be interviewed for the broadcast.

Similarly with respect to my life's work, I too have witnessed how many contemporary scientists cannot conceptually grasp my written and graphic descriptions of how gyroscopic particles interact to create (for instance) magnetic attraction and repulsion, yet such individual CAN begin to understand such fundamental interactions when they are displayed in a three-dimensional model.

Years ago, I was invited to present my Theory and Technical Process at a meeting of the IEEE in New Orleans, Louisiana. During my lecture I displayed slides of drawings and explained in words the fundamental, physical interactions that resulted in such phenomena as magnetic attraction and repulsion. Yet the audience of IEEE engineers was very quiet, as though they could not easily grasp the full magnitude of what I was explaining.

The editor of my fundamental book, Evan Soule', Jr. --- who had produced detailed drawings of the interactions of fields of gyroscopic particles which created magnetic attraction and repulsion that are published in my book --- had once experienced the same problem. At the beginning of our association many years ago, he also had difficulty in mentally visualizing such interactions based upon my verbalizations and two-dimensional, pictorial representations.

As a result of Evan's rigid honesty, he subsequently constructed a three-dimensional model of magnetic fields in interaction about bar magnets based upon my teachings. Once constructed, he clearly saw the full magnitude of the "river of energy" that flows in a magnetic field and how the fields of two bar magnets (for instance) physically interact with one another to produce magnetic attraction and repulsion.

At the conclusion of my IEEE lecture in New Orleans, Evan produced the three-dimensional models of two bar magnets with associated magnetic fields that he had constructed for his own understanding.

I was then AMAZED at the reaction of the normally "reserved" IEEE engineers to those three-dimensional models: dressed in their business suits, they all became entranced by the models and ended up sitting on the floor and grouped in a circle around the models. Their intent behavior reminded me of my school days when I would watch boys in the school yard sitting very focused in a circle while shooting marbles.

Evan's models enabled those IEEE engineers to clearly and suddenly visualize in three dimensions with beads, arrows, and wire precisely how and why magnets attract and repel. In fact, those IEEE engineers were so intent and focused upon those models that an IEEE official had to return to the lecture hall on three separate occasions and repeatedly request that the engineers "please leave the lecture hall and come to another meeting held in a different room." But those IEEE engineers chose to be late to the other meeting because they were beginning to grasp the truth of my discovery and its importance for all humanity .... to which they were witness.

The individuals who stole Rosalind Franklin's work through the three-dimensional model they built (based upon her pioneering work) could have provided the same value for her (that Evan provided for me) and thus brought honest credit to themselves.

Evan Soule' has done that for himself and for me --- and my life's work for humanity.

Just as Rosalind Franklin suffered the theft of her discovery, likewise there are those around the world attempting to plunder my life's work and claim it as their own. My book --- first published in 1984 and based upon my research dating back to the early 1960s --- has been sold worldwide. It is interesting to observe how the attempted thieves of my work have no consistent, integrated, fundamental explanation for why or what they are doing.
